Adventus.io | Noida application supercenter launch
For this project, I worked on all aspects of the video, from Pre-Production (working on the questions, sourcing the DP and crew, scheduling, planning the interview style and BRoll), Production (Coordinating with crew and team members, planning the itinerary, formats, ingest settings, doing the interviews, getting everything recorded), Post Production (Working on the video and audio edit, creating the final video)
The initial call for this project was to create a short internal video for the company to celebrate our office launch in Noida, one of the major milestones here at Adventus. But with the opportunity presented to us (our COO and head of HR were flying in) we (the marketing team) expanded the scope, by a lot.
All that being decided, 1 week ahead of the launch we decided to convert this into a video showcasing our team, our values and our office launch. This changed from an event recording and broadcast to a properly produced video with quotes from team members, the celebration and words from our COO in the video. As crazy as that was, I managed to secure the crew, the team worked on the questions, we planned the style and itinerary and I asked the questions and did the coordination on the ground. It turned out to be an extremely fun day and an awesome ball of an edit. The final video is up there for all to see.
The team really loved the edit. This also led me to winning an award for "Create the extraordinary" from the team.
