Adventus.io Recruitment Fair
Campaign, Event
The Adventus.io recruitment fair 2023, held in Vietnam and Thailand, was the first event of this kind organized and executed by the organization to connect institutions with recruiters in Vietnam. Held in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi, the event was a success and was organized as a very large fair.
Pre Event
Ahead of the event, collateral needed to be designed to serve the event and to spread awareness about it. This included emails, invitations, social media posts, a promotional video and a landing page where recruiters could visit and sign up for the event.
I, along with my team, worked on the design, scheduled all the collateral creation and got these assets created three weeks ahead of the event to be shared with the attendees.

To create everything, we first settled on a visual style guide for the event. For this, the first item to be completed was a logo for the event series. With that created, we started on the email, landing page and storyboard for the promotional video. These were done simultaneously as we were on a tight deadline. I organized the team to be able to execute this alongside our other ongoing campaigns.

I wrote the script and planned the visuals for the video. I then moved to animate the video while the team worked on the other assets.
The Event
Next, we moved to supporting assets for the event, like the identity cards, backdrops, booth maps, hotel signboards and more.

Post-Event
The event was a great success and we got some great feedback from the institutions and recruiters who participated. We created a post-event video showcasing the success of the event to be shared on socials.
