Studyshed Customer Testimonial
Studyshed, Customer testimonial, Campaign Production and Post-Production
The Studyshed testimonial was part of a broader testimonial-driven campaign that I ideated and executed for the Adventus.io platform. For more details on the campaign, please scroll down. I sourced a remote production crew for this video in Lahore, Pakistan. I generated the shot list, equipment lists, and shoot day itineraries. Along with a colleague, I conducted a pre-interview with key speakers and highlighted the areas in his office that would be best for the interview. In the pre-interview, I also understood what kind of shots the crew needed to take. Before the interview, I worked with the crew to highlight these shots to them. I also created a Q&A document to be handed to key speakers. We conducted remote interviews via Zoom on the day of the shoot, and I instructed the crew to line up the cameras, which shots to take, and how I would need them. I managed the technical end of the deliveries and the styling of the video content that was shot on the day.

Once the production was done, I constructed the edit, mixed and mastered the audio, gathered the approvals, constructed the subtitles and the shortened edits for advertisements and then published the video across various social media platforms. I coordinated with the creative team and had them create thumbnails for the various assets and managed the building of a landing page for the success stories as the organisation branded them.
Adventus.io needed to generate awareness about its product in the South Asian market. They had a few explainer animations. However, they weren't generating the required engagement. 

To boost the engagement, I proposed testimonials of the clients we worked with. These testimonials immediately worked as positive proof segments from the market, generating awareness from the student recruitment agencies and inducing many new sign-ups to the platform.

I managed this project end to end. This included ideation of how the project would work for and benefit the platform and generating a rough cost calculation of producing the content by reaching out to vendors in the regions we needed to shoot in, communicating this with the executive staff, and securing the official go-ahead.

Once activated, I managed the vendors for both production and colour correction and personally conducted the production (shot styles, shot lists, Broll ideation and slotting, still photography, production was remote for this one) and post-production (editing, audio mix and master, captioning and publishing) of the videos.
